(Transcript: September 4th, 2004)

"I believe that the economy of the 21st Century will be based on Wisdom.

Like we drill for oil today to finance our energy needs and if one strikes it rich, there is this big gusher that comes out.

There are these movies from the 50-ies and 60-ies in Texas and other places where they were drilling for oil.

James Dean was in one of these movies - "The Giants".

You see, when they finally hit 'The Big One' and it gushes up and it rains black gold and people are happy because their work has been rewarded.

And this is what I see as a paradigm for the future.

Future economy will be Wisdom.

That they strike it rich. And that they finally hit 'The Big One', in terms of a well of Wisdom.

This is the primary consideration for Think Tanks - is their independence of mind in discovering where this Wisdom is and how to best bring it to the surface, so that it may benefit mankind like a rain of Blessings.

So I believe, that this is what Destiny is asking mankind to do.

Is to evolve to the next level of economic order. An order based on Wisdom, based on the Dignity of the human Spirit where our Think Tanks become - like Socrates and like Solomon - they become Wells of Great Wisdom.

Like in the old days when you used to have to get your water from a well and on a hot day you went to, after doing the work on the farm, you went to the cool well to drink the water, to replenish yourself, to nourish yourself.

This, I feel, is what these sources of Great Thought and Great Consideration are going to be doing in the 21st Century.

This is where the idea economy takes its greatest strength from - from its resources of Thought.

And I believe that the Great men and women who are operating within these institutions of Considered Thought which we consider to be Think Tanks, will emerge as the great so called oil reserves of the 21st Century.

They will be the driving force of economic prosperity.

And I already see it in some of these articles and some of these television broadcasts...

I see the attitude shifting forward into a new Reality of Common Sense and potentially infinite Wisdom.

It is an amazing thing how the human Spirit can transist across the Millennium Challenge which is moving from the old Millennium to the new Millennium.

There are vestiges of the old system struggling to maintain itself.

They feel they can't...

It looks like a drowning man.

And in the new Millennium you see the Victorious Christ as He walks on the Sea Of Galilee and demonstrates to His fearful and doubting companions, the Apostles, the Miracle of God's Glory.

Of what is possible, when one has the right attitude, the right beliefs and the right understanding about the Nature of Reality.

You see... 2000 years ago there was a person called Jesus who became the Christ - the Universal God/Man Being - Manifesting Divine Wisdom in a physical human form.

And we have come to honor and to respect and to worship the Principle of this Integration.

The Mystery, the Sacrament of this Integration, the Healing Power, the Wisdom and all the other Virtues that we have come to recognize and practice in Christian civilization.

So what we are celebrating now is no longer the crucified Christ which we have done for the last 2000 years, we are now moving to the State of the Resurrected Christ.

The One who walked on the water, the One who did the Miracle of the Loaves and Fishes.

The One who revealed to the Apostles the Glorification of God's Will through His Person.

When they were on the mountain top and the sky lit up with the Face and the Glory of God - the Light Emanating from the Face of God - Glorifying His Son, Affirming His Son, Confirming His Authority on His Son.

And this Authority which the Christian Churches in their Sanctity and Grace have been passing on from generation to generation, this will now be transfered to the world.

That means that the Promise of Christ will be fulfilled in every single individual person and the Glorification will Manifest.

We will all become fishers of men and Children of God.

The paradigm of confused thought, the paradigm of insufficiency, the paradigm of dominating one people to take their resources to give prosperity to another is a paradigm that comes out of our animal nature.

When Adam and Eve were thrown out of Paradise, they had to struggle to survive. They had to compete to survive. It was a difficult adjustment to make.

And in that adjustment we experienced unpleasant realities, competitive realities and so we carried this into the 21st Century. Thinking that there is not enough, that if we are not careful we are going to have 600 billion people running around overnight and there is no way to take care of their needs.

This is a flaw in the thinking of primitive men.

This is the flaw in the thinking.

This is exactly what caused most of the problems in the world - this thinking.

Because they know not Christ, they know not God, they know not His Law and they know not His Prosperity.

They have had to go it alone.

So you see, most people, most societies, most cultures have developed a pragmatic necessity to survive.

They have all developed mechanisms of survival, competing against others.

And even though we live in a world that talks the talk, we don't walk the walk of human Dignity.

We claim officially to work towards the Dignity of the human Spirit on a global level, but in secret we compete against societies for predominance in different ways.

It is because the great men and women from these Think Tanks that should be providing the policy to move to the next level of human existence have been hampered by the political necessity, the pragmatic necessity of certain governing councils to provide them with the competitive model: How to transfer the wealth to few hands, how to hinder certain societies from unrestrained population growth.

And underlying this, is a fear factor. The fear of what to do, because they don't trust in God, in His capacity to direct human affairs, to guide human affairs.

They feel like they are still operating from the post-Eden scenario.

They are still outside the Blessings of God. Having to struggle with their human condition.

When Christ came to say: "Look you were kicked out of Eden, but I can bring you back in, follow me back into the Domain of Heaven."

They said: "But Master, how can we come in. It is impossible."

And He said: "For you it is impossible, but not for God! God can bring you in!"

The human mind is a complex set of biochemical algorithms that were developed in a space/time context, in a competitive natural order environment.

And that mind will not subjugate itself to the Wisdom of God on its own. It requires an assisted process to enter the Realm of Divine Thought.

One of the reasons why we have the Olympic Games is to assist the process of moving towards a fully Divine Personality from a purely human personality.

What some people call the State of God-hood or what I call the State of Becoming the Christ, the Universal Christ. Going into the Body of the One Christ and becoming One with Him.

To enter into the proper State of Consciousness of a Realized Being, of a Glorified Being.

So we have to overcome our minds' tendencies to dominate our Spirits.

And the process of Christian Life and almost every other True Religion is a progressive developmental process of Freeing the Spirit from the domination of the mind and creating the proper relationship between the Divine Spirit in man and his unbelievably creative mind.

So when the Spirit leads, the mind becomes Glorified and sees things in a different light.

It sees things that are not at first sight possible.

The Glorified Mind can see how the Spirit of God can create ways where there were no roads.

Means where there were no resources. Success where there was no possibility.

You see... our scientific community knows that in order to create the proper conditions for human life to manifest on this planet, there had to be so many factors brought into alignment.

We actually are living in a very narrow band of creative potential in the cosmos.

If you look at the statistical probability that having all of the right conditions so that we can manifest... it is practically a statistical impossibility. Which leads many great thinkers to think that there was a spiritual hand guiding the process which there was and still IS.

So the mind that can understand the statistical relevance of Life - probability statistics - understands that there are unique opportunities and unique moments that present themselves, because - what a religious person will say - it is the Providence of God's Will Directing man's Destiny.

It creates an opportunity where we would not have thought one to exist.

That's why the limited mind of man can never see the complete opportunity or solution to a problem.

He needs Divine Inspiration.

He needs the guiding Hand of the Primordial Power.

What we call the Glorified Christ, is when God and man get together in team-work - in one physical, biological, Spiritual expression.

And it shocked the world.

It shocked a whole Roman Empire, it was shaken to its foundations.

And the Roman Empire was not like any of our governments today, it was some ass-kicking power-house.

And you must understand that the Paradigm which Christ created with His Manifestation in just three short years, is the foundational paradigm of progress which human civilization has been operating from, nourishing itself from and benefitting from, for the last 2000-plus years.

So why are we stumbling here at this particular moment in time, at this millennial point in our existence?

It is because the time is ripe for us to move to the next level of our Spiritual, physical existence and like any birth , it is a little bit uneasy because we are not really sure how things are going to be on the other side of the rainbow.

But it takes a little bit of courage and a little bit of pioneer Spirit to climb over the rainbow to the pot of gold at the other end.

And the pot of gold at the other end is the Wisdom of the Glorified Christ and the Wisdom of our Heavenly Father, God Almighty, the One True God, the Cosmic Purpose, the Universal Being which has somehow managed to create this opportunity of Life in a Miraculous Manifestation.

So we are challenged to move forward.

And this moving forward is affecting all of our institutions.

Challenging the greatness in each individual, as we saw in the Republican Convention.

Men and women of all sorts of race, creed, color, political ideology - they want to join this march to Greatness.

They understand that there is a greater Purpose to mankind and they want to discover what that is and they want to manifest it.

This is the Greatness of the human Spirit.

They want to see what the next 200 years is going to be like.

And by God they shall see it.
