"The Principle of America...

To be an American...

What does THAT mean?

To Declare Oneself to be an American.

WHO is permitted to call themselves an American?

What IS an American?

Is GOD an American?

Is GOD the FIRST American?

Is the Sovereign Being GOD the MODEL of the FIRST American?

What does it MEAN to be an American?

Can ANYBODY be an American?

Or can ONLY an American be an American?

WHEN does an American BEGIN to be an American?

And WHEN does an American cease to be an American?

When does the legal Status of an American begin?

When does it begin?

I'm not talking about the recognized Status...

I'm not asking about when some institution recognizes the Status...

I'm talking about WHEN the legal Status actually BEGINS...

John F. Kennedy was an American.

And what did John F. Kennedy, an American President, what did He do when He made the Declaration: "ICH BIN EIN BERLINER“.

Did that subjugate His Status as an American to a lower status as a Berliner or did He adopt Berlin into His Sovereign Freedom State as an American and He merged Berlin into Freedom as a Self-declared Berliner.

So what it is, is that the Superior Status of being an American, the legal Status, is NOT subjugatable to any other authority, on the contrary, everything else can be absorbed into the Protectorate of the Status of Freedom of an American.

That means, wherever an American is, He brings with Him the Sovereignty of Personal Freedom.

That means that His legal Status is NOT subject to the whims or the designs of another institutional system.

An American is by Nature, by the Declaratory Act, and the Recognition of the Authority of GOD, a Super-Sovereign Personality worldwide.

That means that an American is NOT subject to any external authority except God Almighty Himself.

And an American, a True American is directed by His Moral Conscience and His Responsibility as a Human Being to GOD.

So you see, every human being is potentially an American.

And at that point in time when every human being is an American the satanic will have been overcome.

Because the satanic is nothing other than a particular attempt to enslave the Human Soul in some kind of subjugating role.

Whether it is marxism or whatever you want to call it.

It is an attempt to subjugate the Human Soul to some kind of non-God authority.

There is only the Authority of GOD.

And an American is ONLY accountable to GOD.

And His Conscience.

To GOD.

And His Conscience.

The implication of this Truth is that every human being who Recognizes the Sovereign Authority of GOD and Declare Themselves to be directly accountable to GOD and to no other human being, to no other human system, and their own Moral Conscience... is by Rights an American.

So... what we have is, we have a political situation in the world where the continent of North America is the Home of the FIRST Americans.

But the whole world is Home to ALL Americans.

And this is the uncomfortable situation we have today, when the collision between this fundamental Fact and systems of totalitarianism and control collide in various ways, in various places.

They collide with the difficulty of coming to terms with the Sovereignty of GOD as the Supreme Being and as the Source of all Law and Order and the Moral context of our actions in our human relations.

You see, GOD is the FIRST AMERICAN.

GOD is the FIRST American Citizen.

GOD is the PROTOTYPE of the FIRST AMERICAN.

He is FREE and CLEAR of all claims.

HE IS THE SOVEREIGN BEING.

And We as the Children of GOD claiming Our Inheritance of GOD, claiming Our Relationship to GOD, claiming Our Respect of Him as Our Father, We take Our Rights from Him to be Fully Sovereign Children of The Sovereign GOD.

Like Father like Son, like Father like Daughter.

The Transference of this Universal legal Authority takes place in the moment that one recognizes where We come from.

Our True Nature.

And that is why the systems of double-speak, the systems of totalitarianism, the systems of confusion and chaos and misrepresentation, of lies... are all in a satanic attempt, trying to subvert the Recognition - Our ability to Recognize - the Truth about our Condition.

We are Free Peoples.

We are NOT dependent.

And we DON'T have to ask for permission from any institution.

By definition WE ARE FREE.

And that is why We as human beings and the American People as human beings... We are Brothers and Sisters in GOD and in Christ.

As Christians and as Judeo-Christians and Believers, and Religious Peoples... We recognize that We are in a Relationship as Brothers and Sisters... and the Supreme GOD... We are Responsible to the Supreme GOD.

That is why anything else which attempts to subjugate us to strange rules, strange regulations, are attempts to violate this direct Relationship, this direct Authority between GOD and Man.

This is why the Principle of American Life is NOT taught by any system which is attempting to subjugate Man to some mortal authorities, some limited physical authorities.

That is why Free People must KNOW the Truth about Their Freedom.

And when They are being asked to enter into an agreement of subjugation, agreement of slavery, of a limited paradigm, They must know that They are being asked to enter this treaty of violating One's Freedom.

And this is why the question of european political life - with what they call the so called constitution - is such a critical question.

It is a question - it dares to ask the question - what is the purpose of this constitution:

"Does it strengthen and recognize the Personal Sovereignty of each European Citizen or does it attempt to subjugate that individual person to a central authority?

And this is the question that has been going on for a very long time.

That's what the American Revolution against King George was about - not just about taxation - but the Principle of Their Freedom.

They wanted the King to recognize Their Sovereign Right to be Free and that whatever legal and commercial exchanges that took place had to be negotiated between the two.

This is why each individual living in the European Union is actually being asked to negotiate a contract without even asking them to negotiate the contract.

They are asking individuals to go to an election to transfer a mandate, a technical legal mandate, to an institution which is theoretically acting on their behalf but has NOT openly entered negotiations with the individuals of europe.

This is the fundamental fraud at the core of this so called European Union.

It is NOT a European Union, it is a european enslavement.

It is a contractual nexus which is being entered into without the full disclosure and full agreement, the full legal technical agreement, of the individuals of europe.

That's why the anti-americanism came up because they don't want the people in europe - the citizens in europe - to realise that they have just as much Right to the Freedoms of an American in principle as the Americans living on the American continent have.

Because We are Brothers and Sisters with the same God.

That's why GOD was not supposed to be... they didn't want anything about GOD.

Because all of a sudden...

"Oh the Americans have a God. And They are Sovereign People only accountable to GOD."

And it would displace the elitists who try to maintain their position of control over the peoples of europe - the imperialists.

You see the British government has entered into a parliamentary process with a negotiated agreement with the Queen, the Imperial Authority, to Recognize processes of legitimization, social processes, which are Superior to those on the continent here.

And this is why it is such an amazing thing that no discussion of American Status and British Status comes into the discussion about european citizens and their status.

Ex-communist countries, all these things, post Imperial countries like Austria and such...

That the discussion has not been legitimately carried out because the fear that the public becomes aware of the potential for Full and Legitimate Recognition of their individual Rights.

And I call it the opportunity of the re-Awakening of the Roman Purpose - of the Society of Rome - which was the Status of the Roman Citizen was a profound evolutionary step, a progressive step towards Personal Responsibility and Freedom within a social structure.

Why do you not hear anything about the Roman Civilization?

Because it again brings into question the Roman, the British, the American systems have Superior Principles at the core of their social philosophies which would bring the european situation into a much more - I will go so far as to say - Righteous relationship with its Peoples.

It is sad that it is such a struggle.

It is sad that special interests seem to be easily manipulated into these things.

It seems sad.

But it seems to be a european problem, that this continent cannot move forward.

It seems to always fall back into a less superior role, a lower status than what it could become:

A Union of Free Peoples.

And I believe that this is the real issue behind the artificially created tensions between America and europe.

I do NOT believe that there is any viable reason for this tension except the question of individual Sovereignty.

That's all.

The question of individual Sovereignty and Freedom.

You see, they try to criticize President Bush, the American administration, the conservatives, that they are on some kind of Christian Mission.

No.

They are merely Advocates of Truth and Personal Freedom.

They are merely Advocates of Truth and Personal Freedom.

Let me go back to the core issue.

The core issue of all of this.

The core issue is that an individual has to take Personal Responsibility to Recognize its Own True legal Status and the preservation of that Status and to Act accordingly.

And that requires proper negotiations with legal authorities, legal jurisdictions, having the right protections and if necessary seeking the protection of a Nation State such as America as a Protector - that means a type of Protectorate Status.

And every American Citizen wherever He is in the world automatically - by the Nature of His Relationship to his Country - has this Protection.

An American has the Protection of the United States of America wherever He is in the world.

His Personal Status is Protected.

So what we have to consider now is - whether or not indviduals anywhere in the world have the opportunity of applying for a legal Status and the Protection of the United States of America - a contractual thing - which makes people into Americans without having to absorb them into a political economic system but gives them Full Status anyway.

And this is the question which I think we should address to the American authorities and ask them what their position is.

Because it would be a very Enlightening experience - I believe.

Because I believe that what is taking place on this continent with the European Union has already been superseded by another process.

Because the promise of a united europe as Churchill had envisioned it just after the 2nd World War was never truly realized because of various reasons.

And it has been superseded.

And the information economy and the intellectual assets, intellectual resources, the intellectual capital - and it is always the economy that drives everything - is already superseding the political constructs which are running as fast as they can to try to keep up with the realities of these world economic issues.

And I believe we should look at this because this is THE issue which indicates the social political viability of the future systems.

Is...

It is an economic reality that everyone has to deal with and it is also a legal status issue.

Because only a Person who is Free has Ownership over his person and his intellectual assets.

So He is a capital base.

And who Owns that capital?

If a person is a property of a state entity then he has no Ownership over his capital.

So when he creates that intellectual capital it is property of the state.

So this is where - this question in terms of the market system and the modern economic system, the modern order - this is where this question needs very serious consideration:

The legal status of an individual and his intellectual assets.

Does he Own them or not?

And it becomes very, very challenging because as you know statist systems want to claim all assets.

And I believe this is the real problem of the european economic order - is that they are coming and unifying the states - they are doing their process of unification - at a moment of transformation between the industrial and information economy and they are caught with their pants down and they have NOT the capacity or the infrastructure or the people to adapt.

They just haven't got the system.

On the contrary, they have the wrong people - the leftists - putting Private Property in question.

Just at the point where individuals are considering investing their intellectual assets into a physical economy, they put it into question... And so people say: "Holy shit!"

And they have to look after their personal interests which is moving to places that protect their Personal and Private Rights.

This is the primary consideration here.

Which political jurisdiction, which legal jurisdiction, provides the necessary protection of Personal and Property Rights in the context of intellectual capital and its development?

And here you will see the real political point and the real consideration why the European Union is a failed system - is because the elitists think if they play their cards right and they keep an information blackout and nobody knows what kind of legal constructs they are making then everything will transfer into their legal control and they will Own it.

And that's why there is so much capital and brain drain out of the European Union.

What they do is they flee to the next best place to protect themselves.

And that's why the financial structure of the European Union is in a dire strait and it is at a point of collapse because they have no answer to this question.

Because they don't want to give up implied control over individual people.

And this is the real issue.

Yes, that is what's going on.

I believe that this is going to be the hot issue now.

And we cannot sit on our laurels and expect the governing systems to behave benevolently to individuals because it is going to be a hard core negotiating process.

They are going to negotiate very very hard for intellectual assets... they will be making special contractual relationships, special benefits, special healthcare, special... all these things...

And for people who are operating from within... who don't know... will be disadvantaged.

So it is our personal responsibility to position ourselves most effectively in the context of this reality.

You see... physical assets have been an interesting thing for a long time.

And the industrial economy, basically production of goods and services, seem to accentuate the physicality of assets.

But human beings are MORE than physical manipulators.

There are assets of a tremendous value on the intellectual side.

And so the real bulk of the value will be in the ideas.

And the implementation of these ideas.

And intellectual resources - what we call soft skills, soft assets.

And since that is going to be the main bulk of the next economic development, one should operate within systems that appreciate that and provide the proper climate for this.

And those that are trying to pay off the old political promises of the old system by scavenging into the future, by transferring the cost into the future, through the debt transfer into the future, through the reduction of services into the future... everything... into the future.

And then scavenging these new things... is NOT appropriate.

So let's focus on the legal legitimacy.

And look at the opportunity here...

Everything has an opportunity.

Responsibility and opportunity go together.

They go hand in hand.

Let's look at it.
