There has to be a shift from the power-elite to the scientific and technically advanced communities who understand the real issues. They are the intellectual elite and the True ruling class.

They have the intellect and the moral capacities to make decisions.

So far they were consulting the political class which is so pragmatic that they are not thinking in longer cycles as scientists do.

The political class is generally interested in the moment. What is in it for them. They are in reality very biased against Mankind. They don't care. It is a diabolical circle of self-destruction.

They have the power to stop others from Caring...

The courts from ruling Justly...

The police from acting Righteously...

This causes depression - people feel that they are stopped by the glass-ceiling of a corrupt elite not allowing their development.

Only a society with Free individuals can be healthy and develop. Individuals who are intellectually Awake resonate in their Souls this Great Excitement of possibilities and challenges:
