"You and I are going through a process of consideration. . .

Considered thought.

We are taking a moment.

Something that is very difficult in the modern age.

Where everything is go go go go go.

We are taking a moment to consider what is happening in the world.

We are taking a moment to think about it.

This is what universities were designed for.

Universities were designed for higher learning and higher thinking.

To take a moment.

For our elites to think these things through, to take that thought further to the next step.

To see where these things can lead.

To see whether we can transfer this creative initiative into something that will assist our society.

The trouble with the universities is, that the method of qualification that they have been using to give entrance to individuals. . .

Einstein would never have gotten into university today.

In America it is tremendously expensive to get into university.

So the really Great Thinkers, the really Great Talents, the Abraham Lincoln's would never have gotten into university today to study law.

Today the truly Great men and women don't get into university.

They end up living a humble existence somewhere - content in reading some books, writing some notes on their own.

But they are not leading the thought processes of the Great institutions of our Nations.

And we feel this loss.

We feel this vacuum of Greatness.

Yes, the Great minds don't get into these schools.

All we do is, we regurgitate and mimic the Great minds that were before.

Where it was easier to get into these schools because we didn't streamline the processes like we do today. We didn't filter the processes like we do today.

They were able to come in and we would benefit from them.

All we are doing is, we are just regurgitating their Great Thinking, their Great Intents, their Great Thoughts.

Going in circles.

Going nowhere.

We have Great Technicians, but where are the Great Thinkers, the Great Visionaries, the Great Leaders?

Where are they?

Our societies have been designed NOT to let them develop.

NOT TO COME UP.

We are the masters of our own destruction.

It is amazing.

Anyway. . . evolution is trying to change that.

Evolution is trying to shake things up a bit.

And mix the cards new.

And deal us a new hand.

A hand that maybe Mankind can win with.

Mankind can go on to the next level of his Evolutionary Purpose.

We have to GET OUT of the cesspool of human organization that we have created.

What I call the Failed Paradigm of Post-Industrialism.

We have to get out of it.

The United Nations is crumbling under the stresses of the post-industrial. . .

Oil.

Oil reserves.

The distribution of oil on this planet.

Because it is connected with our economies - is putting stress on all our institutions.

Not the oil itself.

But the paradigm of energy and the need for it to change is putting unbelievable stress on all of our institutions.

It is an unbelievable thing to see that the post-industrial period... that the cracks in the post-industrial period are so BIG and how do we go to the next level?

What we have.

We have people, what they consider to be the elite, the societal elite.

Officially it doesn't exist.

Unofficially everybody knows, it exists - either you belong or you don't belong.

If you belong - it doesn't matter how incompetent you are.

It doesn't matter how stupid you are.

It doesn't matter how insane you are.

They sit you in front of a television camera and you babble for hours about nonsense.

About nothing.

It doesn't matter how. . .

And if you don't belong - it doesn't matter how intelligent you are.

Everything you say, falls on deaf ears.

Everything you do, stands unacknowledged - unrewarded.

You see, that's why Hitler was created.

He hit this reality.

When he came to Vienna, HE SAW how society worked.

How the elites in their little mafias kept him from achieving what he believed was his potential.

He felt these restrictions, these societal restrictions.

And it fueled an unbelievable response.

Because the creative energies were suppressed in the people.

And HE was just ONE of those people.

These energies got channeled into a very destructive, reactionary tidal wave of destruction.

Which almost destroyed the whole world.

And here we are again.

We didn't learn anything from that.

That these energies, these spiritual energies. . .

They want to flow.

They want to express.

They want to contribute to the larger society.

But our social constructs, our social orders, our mannequins that we sit into these societal institutions, are incapable of responding as human beings.

They're all robots.

They have their pre-scripted roles, their pre-scripted lines.

When someone calls them, contacts them per e-mail, per telephone, and they are not in the society, they have a pre-scripted way of dealing with them.

And you wonder, what's wrong with these people?

Why can't they have a normal conversation?

Because the societal dictates are, that one doesn't talk to people from outside the society.

There are communication blockades.

Real information only gets communicated inside, in strict, hierarchical ways - pre-determined.

It's like a military organization.

And this is why society cannot go forward.

Because we've promoted idiots.

It is like an old crust, that has to be broken away.

It is the same thing like 1933 all over again.

There's these energies that need to EXPRESS.

BECAUSE WE ARE IN A TIME OF CHANGE.

Back then it was the post-agricultural economy.

Moving into the pre-industrial economy.

The industrialization that caused these stresses.

And now we're at the post-industrial economy.

Moving into the pre-information...

Or shall we say beginning to advance into information economy.

Which is highly capitalized and valuated.

People are afraid - how are they going to protect their interests.

When the information economy is so unpredictable.

The industrial economy was already so unpredictable because you never knew WHERE the industries were going to be built up.

They could be built up ANYWHERE.

In the old days you knew where the fertile ground was and where the non-fertile ground was and you could only plant your wheat in the fertile planes not the infertile planes.

So you could move your military around and control the bread baskets of the world.

You could control with your armies the bread baskets.

Now - all of a sudden along comes the industrial economy.

And you can just take a bunch of money and build a bricks and mortar factory somewhere.

Somewhere completely different from where the agricultural economy is.

That made things unstable.

You could completely redistribute the geopolitical power base of the world by deciding where to build those factories.

And somebody decided to build those factories in Germany and it just about turned the world into a German empire.

So, now they take those factories and they put them in China.

To turn China into a world power.

To compete against America.

So that America is not the one predominant world power.

Russia can't compete because their organization doesn't work.

So you have these post-industrial capital invests on a chess board moving around, trying to redistribute the power bases of the world.

And you have this information age coming and it scares the living shit out of everyone.

In every household there is a potential Bill Gates or Apple or Cisco or Ebay.

In every household there is an idea that can become a trillionaire over night - practically over night - shift the geopolitical power base of the world.

You cannot control the f###ing billionaires any more.

They come shooting out of the ground like mushrooms.

Everyone gets an idea - add some capital and poof - there is a trillionaire.

A potential trillionaire in the information economy.

These people are afraid.

The establishment is shitting bricks.

How the f### are they going to control this whole process?

They can't stop Bill Gates after the fact.

They can't stop all these economic powerhouses after the fact.

And they are all sitting there kissing their rosaries or reading their spell making books.... to try to conjure up some or stop and mesmerize this process from going forward.

But they cannot stop it.

It is evolutionarily pre-ordained that Mankind becomes an unbelievably successful species.

Where each individual becomes an economic powerhouse.

It's so much wealth waiting to be created, that it's going to completely change the way we look at human existence.

AND THEY'RE NOT READY FOR IT.

That's what the United Nations was for.

That's why all these institutions were created.

Is to create a Just Society, so we don't have these fears about the immeasurable Wealth that individuals will create.

We create Just Societies so that people don't feel displaced when Wealth is created, but it gives an opportunity of stabilizing their societies.

And so we're stuck now.

We are stuck at this particular point where people are really shitting bricks.

They can't go forward and they can't go back.

They can't go forward, they can't go back.

They can't go forward, they can't go back.

Have you ever seen something like that?

It is an amazing process to observe.

They can't control it and they can't let go.

They can't control it and they can't let go.

They can't control it and they can't let go.

You have your mind f#####s and mind control experts working overtime trying to figure out a way, if they can plant chips into people's brains to control them.

Could you imagine Bill Gates running around with a chip in his head and saying he is going to transfer all his Wealth to some oligarch sitting somewhere, grinning stupidly?

So this is the problem that we are facing:

How to take a global society forward where the immense power transference to the individual economically is taking place, in terms of real capitalized value.

And still maintain a non-anarchistic construct and a viable working social model of the world?

AND THEY'RE JUST NOT UP TO IT!

They cannot ask these f###ing questions.

They cannot say - look at these f###ing monkeys - can you imagine giving them unlimited power ?

And this is the 'cul-de-sac'.

This is the problem.

This is that locked place we have to get out of.

This is the box we have to break out of.

That has incapacitated us now for the last 30 years - the last 40 years.

In the 60-ies people knew, we're heading in this direction.

They were openly discussing it.

But it has become so politically incorrect, because the closer we get to that moment the more people get afraid to even think it in their mind.

And yet we need these Einsteins, we need these Great men and women of Vision and Creativity to solve those problems for us which our society is facing in its evolutionary development.

So we have to loosen up the controls and create a cohesive framework for our society, so that it can work.

So that when people get the knowledge, that they will inevitably get, they don't implement it to destroy Mankind.

Or to destroy other nations or to threaten other nations.

And this is the difficulty we are facing.

We are facing this unbelievable difficulty to come to terms with this challenge.

We have this unbelievable challenge that we have to name and we are afraid to name it.

AND THE CHALLENGE IS RESPONSIBILITY.

Individual Personal RESPONSIBILITY of a HIGH ORDER.

We have to become a different kind of human being.

For the first time in millions of years of evolution.

We have to become a different kind of human being.

Some people think that's NOT possible.

Some people think, it's genetically impossible.

There is NO Responsibility Gene in the homo sapien.

BUT THERE IS!

And this Responsibility Gene was NOT fully active yet.

It was dormant.

And the Evolutionary Imperatives of the Cosmos, the evolutionary energies are beginning to activate this gene, this recessive gene, and making it an active gene.

And it is overriding the imperfections in our genetic make-up, our character flaws.

And it is surprising everyone.

And It's like watching popcorn pop: you don't think anything is going on. . .

And then all of a sudden - pop, pop, pop, pop. . .

All of these popcorns popping up - catalyzed by something. . .

It's the Responsibility Gene.

It was put there by Higher Intelligence - Eons ago.

It was developed exactly for this point in Man's Evolution.

So you see, when our medical officers, our medical practitioners think, that the homo sapien cannot be trusted, they are not taking into consideration the full genetic reality of his make up - the Potentialities.

Human behavior is going to shift dramatically.

And a new form of organic life - we call the humanoid primate - is going to Manifest in the next period.

Now what are the side effects of this gene becoming active - is - that people are going to feel a kind of discomfort.

It is like awakening.

It is like a second awakening.

It is like - when we were children and we start to grow up into adolescents.

We started to see how the adult world worked - it is what we call awakening.

Some of us were disappointed.

Some of us were surprised.

Some of us were uncomfortable with it.

That was a kind of awakening.

Then we understood about the intimacy between male and female.

That was a sexual awakening.

When we understood, that our sexual organs were useful for more than just going to the bathroom.

So in each of these discoveries we have gone through a kind of awakening.

And this Responsibility Gene is going to have the same effect as it starts to activate.

The first thing we start to do is - we start to feel embarrassment.

Our intelligence is going to grow - our IQ.

During the awakening - our IQ will start to increase by 30 to 50 points across the board.

And continue to develop after that consistently.

And there will be a moment of embarrassment.

There will be a moment of... like what a butterfly feels, when it has been crammed in a cocoon for such a long time, thinking that THAT is all there IS.

And suddenly it feels the air on its wings, drying its wings as its wings are expanding and it feels the movement, the Freedom.

And Freedom is something that associates this Emergence of Responsibility and Discovery of the larger Reality.

Because we are MORE than we thought we were.

Than we have been told we were.

And this MORE is going to become more and more evident to us as the days and weeks and months ahead start to show their Miracles to us."
